Royal Stewart Arms offers year-round vacation living in harmony with nature.  Whether a snowbird or year-rounder, you have found your little piece of Paradise on earth here at RSA.  Read about Dunedin as The Most Walkable Small City, The Best Kept Secret of Tampa BayWhere to Retire Magazine “8 Small Towns near Large Cities” and in Coastal Living Magazine.  Recently Dunedin was designated as the Florida Gulf Coast Hope Spot, one of 119 Hope Spots around the world singled out for their need for protection because of their unique role in the global environment.

Friday, March 27, 2020 The Pool - Patio Deck - Fitness Center -Billiard Room will be CLOSED until further notice
These measures are being taken now because the Pinellas County Health Department & Pinellas County Sheriff is shutting down all publicly accessed pools and advising that even though Condominium and HOA Community pools are not open to the public, it is advisable to close them down for people's safety.
The pool furniture on the patio deck will be moved to the pool area, the pool gates will be chained and locked, the patio deck will be caution taped off.
The Fitness Center and Billiard Room doors will be caution taped and closed signs placed on the doors.
